From Katje Janisch, this is ‘chatoyance’, a track pulled from her 2014 set ‘DulceMuse’, at once seductive and mysterious not to mention delicately pressed in mysticism, this slice of snake charming spell craft coils and caresses to an ancient tongue spraying forth a mesmeric and intoxicating dream draped haze of Eastern enchantment.

Katje Janisch is a psychedelic folk and folktronica artist whose debut album West of Twilight was released in 2015. Her 2019 album Musette was released under the name DulceMuse, Janisch's folktronica project. An eponymous DulceMuse EP had appeared earlier in 2014.
